Converting a Traditional 3-Bedroom Terraced House into a Modern 5-Bedroom HMO

We are excited to present our latest ongoing project, where we are undertaking the transformation of a 3-bedroom home into a spacious 5-bedroom HMO. This project showcases our commitment to innovative design and meticulous craftsmanship, aimed at enhancing both functionality and comfort.

A significant part of this transformation involves a substantial 6-meter house extension into the back garden. This extension will house a completely new kitchen and living area, designed to be the heart of the home. The new space will be flooded with natural light, thanks to the addition of a modern roof skylight. This feature, combined with a completely new wall layout both upstairs and downstairs, will create an open, airy feel throughout the house.

Downstairs, the redesigned layout will now include two new bedrooms, each featuring ensuite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience. This thoughtful design ensures that every occupant enjoys a high level of comfort and independence.

Upstairs, the original two bedrooms will be skilfully converted into three individual bedrooms. This reconfiguration will accommodate more residents without compromising on space. The first floor will also feature a shared bathroom, ensuring that the amenities are conveniently accessible to all occupants.
