This thoughtfully crafted home spans over 100 square meters, offering a perfect combination of style, comfort, and eco-friendly living. With a key focus on off-grid living, this property boasts with solar powered energy, a water harvesting system including a domestic sewage pumping station. Included with solar powered self-charging EV chargers for electrical cars.

We are designing and building a next-generation smart home that redefines modern living through efficiency, sustainability, and cutting-edge technology. Every element is meticulously engineered to balance comfort, functionality, and eco-conscious innovation.

At its core, the home features a Prana heat exchange system for exceptional air quality, underfloor heating powered by a heat pump, and iHelios infrared heating systems for superior energy efficiency. A 20-kW solar panel system with 15 kW battery storage ensures maximum energy independence, while EcoBauter insulating paint enhances thermal performance without sacrificing valuable space. A 3,000-liter rainwater harvesting system further minimizes environmental impact, optimizing resource efficiency.
