Transforming a Traditional 4-Bedroom Home into a Modern HMO with a 5m House Extension

Presenting our latest project: a traditional 4-bedroom home with a spacious living area and small kitchen on the ground floor, and 4 bedrooms with a small bathroom upstairs, transformed into a modern 4-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

We added a 5-meter extension featuring an open-plan kitchen and dining area, plus an additional living space, giving tenants a variety of communal areas. The ground floor now also includes a new master bedroom and a separate WC for convenience.

The first floor has been updated to include 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom. A large bathroom now replaces the smallest bedroom, improving comfort and functionality.

The entire house includes safety and security features, such as fire doors with self-closing mechanisms, ensuring both fire safety and tenant privacy. The interior design showcases modern elements, from wall panels and furniture to contemporary doors, handles, and decorations.

Exterior upgrades include new windows, brand-new fencing around the back garden, and a new driveway that enhances the property’s curb appeal. Tenants can feel secure in their home’s safety, whether enjoying shared spaces or the privacy of their bedrooms. Our meticulous attention to detail in both construction and security systems reflects our commitment to providing every resident with a comfortable and safe living environment.
